		<description>Hats off to anyone setting up a new business however, Kango has a huge challenge as this is a very crowded market and it doesn't take much for an existing TSE to shift their proposition slightly to block out newcomers. 

What I'd really like to see is a proposition that just focuses on supply direct. I don't want to shop travel agent rates but the supplier direct. It must be possible by now! That’s a real shift in consumer proposition.
