I currently use yahoo answers. For the Banff travel market there are always people wanting to know about jobs in Banff. It is a great way to greet people to the area and offer suggestions. There aren't as many travel questions as there are employment.

Still a great site to gain credibility with their points system!

Building credibility and brand awareness through this channel is an excellent idea. It's almost free and it reaches the target market. The only cost in using this channel is the time employees take to surf and answer questions instead of doing whatever else they would be doing at that time.
Great post and a great idea.

Claude - I think you are exactly right that being a knowledge partner is a great way to build trust between consumers and a brand. I look forward to seeing watching it as it moves out of beta. Great post!

I found your site on technorati and read a few of your other posts. Keep up the good work. I just added your RSS feed to my Google News Reader. Looking forward to reading more from you.
